Founder's Story
HI, I'm Ryley and this is my story!

I grew up in Kingston with a passion for sports and wellness. At secondary school, I attended a specialist boarding school for additional learning support, which taught me resilience and determination. I always knew I wanted to help people, but I wasn’t sure how.

After studying personal training, sports coaching, massage and more, I left college and landed a job in a massage company (after nearly 100 applications). I loved connecting with clients and seeing the impact I could make on their wellbeing, but the environment was demanding and undervalued the work. With encouragement from my partner, I left and founded Inner Vision Massage at the end of 2024.

Inner Vision began with one goal: to improve people’s lives. Alongside that mission, I wanted to create opportunities for the partially sighted and blind, a group too often overlooked in employment. What sets us apart is our commitment to care beyond the massage table — we take time to educate clients, offer aftercare, and provide tools they can use long after their session.

Today, we offer sports, deep tissue, holistic, pre/post sports, and on--site chair massage. Each service is designed to refresh the body, mind, and spirit. My vision is for Inner Vision to grow internationally, supporting not just the partially sighted, but all disabled individuals to find purpose through meaningful work. Above all, our promise is simple: every client should leave healthier, happier, and better than when they came to us.
